Olympics 2006 Winter Games Charron Sippola, Sioux Lookout Ontario, Keewatin Patricia School Board Grade Level: Grades K-8

I was so impressed with this bulletin board design when I saw it. It is perfect to keep the students in tune with what is happening in the media. As our country won medals we kept a mathematical graph of different medals we were winning in the bronze, silver and gold categories. It is somewhat of an interactive board that continues to get updated over the olympic winter games. The torch was made from a brown construction paper that was formed into a cone shape. It was stapled onto the bulletin board then yellow, orange and red tissue paper was arranged into it so that it looked like the olymip torch.
