Using an overhead projector, create silhouettes of a boy and a girl: one with a baseball bat, and one with a baseball glove. The sneakers were ellison stencils. I used sequins and a hole punch to cut out the shoe eyelets in several colors, attached white cord to black sneakers and black cord to white sneakers, laced up the shoes, and tied a bow knot. The pennants contain peel and stick labels with upcoming events (cooking contest, dances, field day, math and science night, parent teacher conferences, etc.) typed on them using MS Word to create.
