bulletin board
By: melanie

Have each child make a picture frame out of construction paper and then laminate them. Whenever the students choose to display a piece of their artwork, slide it under the picture frame and mount it on the bulletin board. You could even have them (with assistance) write down the title of their work of art and put this underneath. You could title the board "Budding Artists" or "Ms. _______'s Art Gallery".

Music bulletin board
By: stacey

Here is another year-round music bulletin board that I have used- you can call it "Movin' to the Beat", or "Keep Music in Your Step" and I put different color footprints up- then I had some old canvas tennis shoes (and a few other pair of old shoes), I painted them with puffy glitter paint and made them bright and fun-looking- then physically tacked the shoes right on the bulletin board! It turned out to be a fun, three-dimensional board! You can still post information over the flat footprints- the kids could help too by tracing their own footprints and putting them up there!

I had approx. 200 students pass through my room, and they loved it!
