Daily Living Skills Frances Perrone, John F. Kennedy School Newark, NJ Grade Level: Special Needs

This bulletin board demonstrates the skills the Special Needs students of John F. Kennedy School have been working on during the first and second marking periods. We strive to teach our students functional skills that then can then use at home, at work or for leisure activities. Tlhe students cut out, sewed, and stuffed the heart pillows. Used fabric paints to stencil clothing items and followed bead patterns to make the necklaces and bracelets pictured.
