Even Though We May Be Different, When We Work Together We Have A Lot Of Heart! Robin, Illinois Grade Level: 3rd Grade

I did this bulletin board when I student taught and have used it for the last couple of years. On butcher paper, I make a design of two hearts combined by a middle piece. I turn these into puzzle pieces. I cut out the puzzle pieces and give each student a piece. They get to write their name on it and decorate it however they want (I do the piece that combines the two hearts). I put the pieces back together and hang up their hearts. I also give students a heart to write their names on. Every student has to write nice adjectives on each students� heart. I hang those up on the sides. This makes a very nice decoration for Valentine's Day!
