A Race For Computer Knowledge Joe Garay, San Antonio, Texas Grade Level: K-5

I used this bulletin board to teach the children about the basic programs that are available to them. To make the board I used plain butcher paper for the background. I added a string of people I printed with Publisher for the audience and made a START and FINISH checkered flags for each corner. Then using Clipart in Publisher I placed a computer on top of a race car and just changed the color to have four different cars. On the side of each car I used the words, Database, Spreadsheet, Word Processing, and Multimedia. I then placed them on the "race track". I finished off with die-cut letters spelling "RACING FOR COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE"
