Got Milk? Lesia Kuziw, Newark, NJ Grade Level: 4

Students worked on a writing assignment in which they had to creatively describe how they enjoy drinking milk. Students then used the digital camera to take pictures of one another after drinking a cup of milk. Complete with milk mustaches showing, the students published their wriitng and photos on poster paper under the heading GOT MILK? Students especially enjoyed comparing their stories and photos to published ads featuring some of their favorite athletic and musical role models. They also enjoyed exploring the GOT MILK website for ideas on their writing and photo poses.
